VISUALIZATIONS AND EXERCIZES TO AWAKEN AND BALANCE THE THROAT CHAKRA
#1 OPEN THROAT BLOOD FLOW PRACTICE
This practice will help to bring great blood supply to your neck, keeping the energy moving through the Throat Chakra. This is a simple version of the yoga 'camel pose'. Start by sitting on your heels on a blanket or mat. Clasp your hands behind you. Breathe in, then, as you breathe out, allow your head to drop backwards. At the same time, raise your arms a little behind you. Breathe normally.
Then, when it feels right, release your hands on an out breath and bring yourself back to sitting upright. Repeat this routine three or four times.
#2 COLOR BREATHING FOR A CLEAR LIGHT BATH
This simple technique only requires you to visualize the color blue, you can choose the shade that matches one of your favorite stones if you like, perhaps turquoise for instance.
